Set up Times

To prevent congestion and interruptions whilst you set up; please ensure that you set up is done during the following times:

• After 6pm the day prior to exhibition. (After 7pm should there be another exhibitor on the court prior to you setting up)
• Before 8am on the date of commencement of your exhibition.
• NB Height restriction at The Zone is 1.8m and 3m width for all courts. Please ensure that your technical frames do no exceed this regulation.
• Ocean Basket court is an open air court and the height restriction is 1.8m

Please ensure that all promotional and other technical items are set up within the demarcated carpet area. This is in line with our fire and security regulations.

Packing up

• The exhibition court must be packed up and vacated no later than 7pm on the last day of your exhibition as we have exhibitors coming in for the next day. .
• Eating is not allowed on the Courts and no boxes or litter should be left lying around on the Courts

Duration of the exhibition

The exhibition must be manned at all times during the course of the exhibition and must operate according to our trading hours:

Ground Floor

• Monday - Thurs 09h00 - 18h00
• Friday 09h00 - 19h00
• Sat 09h00 - 19h00.
• Sunday 09h00 - 17h00.

Public holidays: 10h00-17h00

First Floor

• Monday - Thurs 09h00 - 19h00
• Friday 09h00 - 21h00
• Sat 09h00 - 21h00.
• Sunday 09h00 - 17h00.

Public holidays: 10h00-17h00

Please ensure that your table clothes are full length, ensuring that the full length of the table is covered.

Exhibitors are not allowed to roam the centre distributing leaflets, brochures or flyers.

Carpeting/flooring is mandatory and no exhibitions will commence should exhibitors not adhere.

NB: Please ensure that you bring your own requirement for exhibitions as we do not provide any. Should you be using an extension cord, please ensure that you secure it with black duck tape.

Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the exhibition (excluding weekends and public holidays) otherwise the exhibitor will be obliged to pay the full amount regardless of whether they will be exhibiting or not.

Sales

Sales are allowed from the exhibition court. Management reserves the right to prohibit any sales from the exhibition court should they be in direct conflict with any of our tenants business interests.

Vehicle Exhibitions

Ensure that the vehicle tank has no more than 5 litres of fuel, must have a car fire extinguisher and no oil leaks.
