| 1. | This promotion runs from 25 November 2011 until 22 January 2012. |
| 2. | The prize draw will take place on Saturday 28 January at 12h00 and the winner MUST BE PRESENT AT THE DRAW TO WIN. An SMS reminder to be present at the draw will be sent to all entrants who agree to receive communication from The Zone @ Rosebank. The judges reserve the right to change this draw date due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate this accordingly. |
| 3. | To qualify for this competition you need to make a purchase of R100 including VAT at any one store at The Zone @ Rosebank within the competition dates. The R100 may not be accumulated from different stores. For every R100 that you spend on one purchase, only one entry form will be accepted. |
| 4. | For each purchase you need to fill in an entry form and either attach your till slip and put it in the entry box situated at main entrances and info kiosk, or hand it in at any cashier from any Zone store. Staff are only available during shopping hours. |
| 5. | PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SLIP IN ORDER TO CLAIM THE PRIZE if you do not attach it to the entry form. |
| 6. | Purchases must be made within the competition dates of 25 November 2011 to 22 January 2012. |
| 7. | A “purchase” is defined as a successful point of sale transaction and may include payment for a service but may not include payment for an account. |
| 8. | Facsimiles of entry forms will not be accepted. Entries received after 17h00 on 22 January 2011 will not be accepted. |
| 9. | Any winner drawn under the age of 18 years will require permission from their guardian, in order to be eligible for this promotion and / or the corresponding prize. |
| 10. | The winner must be 16 years or older to qualify for the prize. |
| 11. | The winner must reside in South Africa. The winner must produce FICA documents to take delivery of the car. |
| 12. | The winners will be randomly chosen from the base of eligible entrants. A qualified auditor will monitor and assist in the draw. |
| 13. | The main prize includes an Audi A1 1.4 S/Tronic Ambition. |
| 14. | Runner up prizes also include two R10 000 Zone gift cards and three flat screen TVs. |
| 15. | The Zone @ Rosebank has the right to publish the winner on www.thezoneatrosebank.co.za. |
| 16. | The winner grants permission for the use of his / her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material, or digital media for this promotion and any other future promotions without claim to any compensation. |
| 17. | By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold The Zone @ Rosebank free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. |
| 18. | The Zone @ Rosebank staff directly involved in the promotion, their agents or any companies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families, are not eligible for the prize draw. |
| 19. | The Zone @ Rosebank will not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism supplied. |
| 20. | The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organisers also reserve the right to replace the prize if required. |
| 21. | The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |
| 22. | By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to these official rules, and understand that the promotion’s results are final in all respects. |
